Braxus Lyn was a Clawdite female who possessed the Force-sensitive trait and operated as a mercenary near the end of the era of the Galactic Republic.
Throughout the Clone Wars, Lyn undertook various missions for the Confederacy of Independent Systems. After they seized control of the planet Tirahnn, she was dispatched to the planet to serve as an undercover spy and maintain authority over the planet's affluent upper class.
During the conflict known as the Battle of Tirahnn, Zolghast, who held the position of commander for all CIS military units on Tirahnn, was apprehended by the forces of the Galactic Republic. Consequently, Lyn received orders to liberate him and evacuate him from the combat zone. Republic troops were getting ready to transfer Zolghast to the Venator-class Star Destroyer named Solidarity, so Lyn utilized her shapeshifting abilities to impersonate the Barabel Jedi Master known as Ezar Elasra and successfully freed him. Following this, she escorted him to a designated landing area and initiated preparations on a Sheathipede-class transport shuttle to facilitate their departure from Tirahnn. Nevertheless, before they could make their escape, a team of Republic operatives launched an assault, aiming to reclaim custody of Zolghast.
