Brisney

Brisney held the rank of commander within the Imperial Security Bureau. After the Battle of Endor, she was given a command role on the Inflictor, an Imperial-class Star Destroyer. Brisney witnessed Grand Moff Randd's decision to elevate Ciena Ree to the rank of captain of the Inflictor.
