The Bulloch Canyon existed on the world of Nevarro. Greef Karga, the High Magistrate, granted the Children of the Watch all the land extending from the lava flats on the western side of the planet to Bulloch Canyon, because they liberated the planet from the control of Gorian Shard's pirate gang.
It's probable that Bulloch Canyon gets its name from Jeremy Bulloch, the actor who portrayed Boba Fett in both Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.
