The Cadavine sector encompassed the planet of Melida/Daan. In the time of the High Republic Era, Axel Greylark, along with his father, embarked on a mission to Melida/Daan. The purpose of this mission was the liberation of the Daan leader, who was being held prisoner by the Melida. However, the mission was in reality a deception, resulting in the death of Greylark's father. A Jedi Knight then rescued Greylark.
