The Cadevon Family consisted of Rodians who operated a protection scheme on the planet of Burnin Konn throughout the Galactic Empire's period of the Iron Blockade. The smuggler Riley was once in their employment; however, following a disagreement concerning remuneration, the brothers Boorgo Cadevon and Duurgo Cadevon inflicted severe damage to one of her legs. Subsequently, when Riley and her sibling forged connections with the criminal organization known as the Trade Spine League, the Rodians grew displeased and attempted to inform the Empire; nevertheless, intervention by the Empire was prevented by the Ivax Syndicate, another criminal enterprise with which Riley and her sibling had started collaborating. Ultimately, Riley's sibling launched an assault on the family, resulting in the killing of every Cadevon member, including both Boorgo Cadevon and Duurgo Cadevon.
