Challep

Challep served as the male governor overseeing Agamar in 33 BBY. During that specific year, his primary objective was to enhance Agamar's defensive capabilities, with a particular focus on their starfighter resources. He procured technologies from various entities, including a minimum of 100 Droid starfighters sourced from Xi Char; however, he also had a strong desire for the advanced technology found in Naboo's N-1 starfighters and N-X Police Cruisers. Following at least three unsuccessful attempts to legally purchase these fighters, each rejected by Queen Amidala's Advisory Council, he shifted his strategy towards acquiring them through theft.

To achieve this, he identified an opportunity by secretly making contact with Dren Melne, a former mercenary pilot with years of experience before his return to Naboo, and hired him to orchestrate the theft. Shortly thereafter, a Hornet-class carrier initiated an attack on Station TFP-9, presented as a "demonstration" to evaluate the fighters' capabilities. In response, the Royal Space Fighter Corps dispatched 12 Police Cruisers alongside 2 N-1 Starfighters. These forces successfully defeated the initial squadron comprised of Z-95 Headhunters. Subsequently, a second Hornet-class carrier, commanded by Captain Sorran of the Velumina, arrived with another Z-95 squadron equipped with concussion missiles, as well as Droid starfighters from the first carrier. Combined with Dren Melne's betrayal and subsequent engagement against Echo Flight, the plan was to create an overwhelming advantage, making continued resistance appear futile.

Despite the seemingly insurmountable odds, Essara Till, piloting her own N-1, and Rhys Dallows, commanding Police Cruiser Echo Five, successfully destroyed the first carrier. This, along with other significant losses, prompted Captain Sorran to eliminate Dren Melne in an attempt to conceal their involvement. Challep later denied any connection to the attack, although investigations into his recent inquiries regarding fighter technology purchases by Senator Sio Bibble suggested otherwise.
