A Jawa tribe, under the leadership of Chettkap, was operating on Arvala-7 circa 9 ABY. This Jawa group disassembled and pilfered components from the Razor Crest, a gunship utilized by a bounty hunter known as the Mandalorian. Following the bounty hunter's initial assault, the tribe retreated into their sandcrawler and made their getaway. During the escape, the tribe suffered five casualties: three were vaporized by the bounty hunter's Amban phase-pulse blaster, and the remaining two were forcibly removed from the sandcrawler, resulting in their demise; however, they successfully defended themselves against the Mandalorian by bombarding him with debris and subsequently incapacitating him with their ion blasters. Subsequently, when the Mandalorian requested the return of the stolen parts, the tribe stipulated that they would return them in exchange for him acquiring a mudhorn egg and delivering it to them. The Mandalorian consented and successfully obtained the egg, the contents of which the tribe immediately consumed.
