Obi-Wan Kenobi, while serving as a Jedi Padawan, journeyed to this fortress at one point in time. In 40 BBY, during the mission to Pijal, Kenobi reflected on the numerous royal residences he'd seen, finding this fortress to be quite modest when contrasted with the queen's palace on Alderaan, a Core Worlds planet.
