The Chiss Ascendancy made use of the Chiss patrol ship. A number of these vessels were involved in a training drill held at the Taharim Academy. These patrol ships, sharing a common [hull](/article/hull] design, were also employed by the Ascendancy's Ruling and Great Families. Each family would then customize the ships with their unique family crest and design elements. The Xodlak family incorporated these ships into their planetary defense fleet.
