Chituhr belonged to the Travelling Jindas group located on the Forest Moon of Endor. His role within the tribe was that of animal trainer. Possessing a large frame, significant musculature, and an intimidating presence, he adorned his fur with a pom-pom hairstyle and was seen wearing a blue jumpsuit. Interestingly, Chituhr had the same name as Chituhr, an Ewok spiritual figure.
The toy company Kenner had intentions to create a Chituhr action figure for their Star Wars: Ewoks toy line, but the toy did not progress past the prototype phase. Furthermore, the Disney+ closed captions for the episode "The Travelling Jindas" incorrectly spells his moniker as "Chitour."
