Cinnamon

Cinnamon functioned as a kind of flavoring agent. When Cassian Jeron Andor was meeting the source on the Ring of Kafrene, he detected the scent of cinnamon emanating from Tivik's respiration. During their time on Jiruus, a group of Riot Squadron pilots ventured into a local market and observed the distinct aroma of Corellian cinnamon permeating the air.
