The standard of Clan Cadera of the Mandalorian was a representation that was protected by the faction of Mandalore the Avenger. The Hidden Chain attacked Mandalore the Avenger's flagship, the Spirit of Vengeance II, in 3626 BBY and absconded with the banner. Before her duel with Mandalore on Ruhnuk, Field Marshal Heta Kol publicly incinerated the Cadera banner before her adherents to make a statement opposing Mandalorian subservience to galactic powers.
If Torian Cadera lived through the Knights of the Eternal Throne expansion, specifically Chapter VIII: The End Times, he will be featured in unique cutscenes that pertain to the Cadera banner. During the companion quest, "What Remains of Clan Cadera", Torian recovered what was left of the Cadera banner, as he felt that Heta Kol shouldn't have the final say regarding it. While he acknowledges that the banner stands for shame and disloyalty, he considered the burning of it an act of insolence. He chooses to retain the remnants as a memento of his father, his clan, his personal sense of morality, and to provide contemplation in the future, should he require solace.
