Clan Farr, a Mandalorian group, engaged in combat with the Jedi Knight Revan amidst the Mandalorian Wars when the Mandalorians launched an invasion of the Galactic Republic. They established their presence on Dromund Kaas, the Sith Empire's primary world, throughout the Cold War. In league with the Order of Revan, a dissident Sith sect, they adhered to Darth Revan's doctrines, convinced he had secretly overthrown the Emperor. As a test of their combat skills, they would hunt the creatures inhabiting the forests of Dromund Kaas.
In the course of the war against Zakuul, Yenko Farr, accompanied by his three sisters, joined Mandalore the Avenger for the Raid on Darvannis; however, they met their demise during the assault on the Droid Factory.
