Classic Star Wars 13

Issue number 13 of the Classic Star Wars series, titled Classic Star Wars 13, was released by Dark Horse Comics.

These specific Classic comics were reprints, recolored and modified, of the Star Wars daily newspaper strip created by Archie Goodwin and Al Williamson in the early 1980s. To make the stories work in a comic book format, Williamson added new artwork and panels.

Publisher's summary

The Rebel heroes of our story are looking to the Mon Calamari for assistance in leaving their Yavin base, but they quickly find themselves caught up in a confusing situation. This includes: a distress signal from an unknown place, tons of Imperial soldiers, enormous sea worms, a rescue of amphibians, even more giant sea worms, one or two droids, still more Imperial soldiers, and way more action than you would expect from a 32-page color comic book.
