A clone major represented a military rank attainable by clone troopers serving within the Grand Army of the Republic under the banner of the Galactic Republic. Those holding the major rank had the capacity to operate within the HAVw A6 Juggernauts of the Grand Army.
The initial mention and visual representation of clone majors occurred in the 2018 publication of Star Wars: Complete Vehicles. This canon edition was an updated iteration of the earlier 2013 Star Wars Legends edition.
