Cloud Lake, one of the seven lakes situated within the city of Ussa on the planet of Bellassa, lent its name to the encompassing urban area. The Cloud Lake District shared a border with the Bluestone District.
A tranquil avenue existed on the outer edges of the Cloud Lake District, close to a group of warehouses. This street housed several modest commercial establishments, such as the business premises shared by Ferus Olin and Roan Lands, which was situated beside Dorma's Cafe and opposite Mariana's Exquisite Designs and Alterations. An accounting firm, a store focused on selling ceramic teapots and plates, and an art gallery could also be found on this street.
Following the Imperial occupation of Bellassa, the economic conditions in Cloud Lake deteriorated. Businesses either went bankrupt or were forced to covertly provide services to the Imperial forces stationed there.
