The Cloud Mountain cavern represents a clandestine subterranean chamber, crafted by the Tarasin beneath the surface of Cloud Mountain on the planet Cularin.
The Tarasin people erected this cavern more than a century (years) prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars, with the specific goal of imprisoning a perilous entity known as the t'salak, which had launched an assault against them. To deter malevolent individuals from releasing the creature, they strategically placed a sequence of challenges within the cavern's confines.
As the Clone Wars unfolded, a team of employees from CreedCon Construction inadvertently stumbled upon the cavern's entrance while engaged in the construction of a racing circuit. Subsequently, the Dark Jedi named Raik Muun ventured into the cavern, harboring intentions to liberate the t'salak. Although she successfully navigated the majority of the trials, she encountered an insurmountable barrier in the final challenge, one that demanded the purity of a Force user untainted by the dark side of the Force.
