The Corellian Liberal Front functioned as a political organization within the Corellian system.
In the time following the Yuuzhan Vong War, the CLF was one of numerous groups on Corellia seeking to sway the direction of the governing body. It acted as the main opposing force to the control of the system held by Thrackan Sal-Solo. Much like the Democratic Alliance, the CLF enjoyed considerable support from the citizenry and possessed a significant number of positions within the Corellian Assembly.
Through their influence, this party collaborated with both the Democratic Alliance and the Centerpoint Party to obstruct the initiatives put forth by Sal-Solo and his supporters. This collaboration allowed them to prevent drastic actions initiated by Sal-Solo. Nevertheless, though they never openly acknowledged it, the Liberal Front consented to participate in the coalition administration on the condition that Thrackan was ousted from his position of power.
Following Sal-Solo's assassination, the CLF and the Democratic Alliance joined forces to lay the groundwork for a fresh coalition government under the leadership of Deputy President Vol Barad. The Centerpoint Party continued to participate, albeit in a consultative capacity.
