The Cybernetics Lab, during the Galactic Civil War era, was a cybernetic laboratory situated on [Rori](/article/rori/legends], which is a swamp moon of Naboo.
This particular laboratory, in operation following the Battle of Yavin, was positioned at the edge of the city called Narmle.
In 1 ABY, the Aqualish criminal Ponda Baba broke into the lab with the intention of acquiring a cybernetic arm to replace the one he lost in Mos Eisley. Later, Lieutenant Orden Tarc of the Royal Naboo Security Forces assigned a spacer the task of investigating a string of cybernetic lab burglaries, starting with the one in Narmle. After the use of a research data console inside the lab, it became clear that Ponda Baba had recently logged into the system, despite never having been employed there. Eventually, Lieutenant Tarc and the spacer confronted Ponda Baba, but he managed to escape the system.
The Cybernetics Lab on Rori was a location featured in Star Wars Galaxies, the massively multiplayer online roleplaying game from 2003, before the game's servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. It was incorporated into the game via "Game Update 12," released on August 10, 2009.
