Orden Tarc

A male Human individual named Orden Tarc served as an officer within the Royal Naboo Security Forces. He resided within the Naboo system during the Galactic Civil War era.

Biography

At the time the Battle of Yavin took place, Orden Tarc held the rank of lieutenant in the Royal Naboo Security Forces. His assignment was in the city of Narmle, located on Naboo's moon named Rori. He acted as the liaison officer between the RSF and the local police force, the Narmle Militia. This was a challenging position due to the reluctance of Narmle Militia members to collaborate with the Royal Naboo Security Forces.

In 1 ABY, Lieutenant Tarc sought assistance from the Narmle Militia to investigate several break-ins at cybernetic laboratories on Rori. However, the Militia only sent an independent spacer. Despite this, Tarc chose to utilize the spacer to locate the culprit. Tarc initially directed the spacer to the Cybernetics Lab in Narmle, the site of the most recent break-in. The spacer discovered that Ponda Baba had attempted to access one of the lab's data terminals. According to RSF records, Ponda Baba was a petty Aqualish criminal typically operating from the Tatooine system. Tarc deduced that Baba was seeking cybernetics because he lost an arm during an altercation in Mos Eisley. Subsequently, Lieutenant Tarc instructed the spacer to question local criminal groups, specifically the Neo-Cobral and the Garyn Raiders, to locate Ponda Baba. The spacer visited both the Neo-Cobral Base and the Garyn Raider Base. The Garyn Raiders eventually revealed that Baba had approached them, but they declined to work with him. After learning how to contact Ponda Baba from the Garyn Raiders, the spacer arranged a meeting with the Aqualish. However, Baba dispatched henchmen from the Gundark gang to ambush the spacer. Consequently, Lieutenant Tarc sent the spacer to the Gundark Base. There, a Gundark thug disclosed that the Aqualish was hiding at a small camp located on the outskirts of Narmle. The spacer finally confronted Ponda Baba, but Baba managed to escape and ultimately left the moon. Lieutenant Tarc then disseminated Ponda Baba's name and a holographic image to all security forces within the Naboo system. This action aimed to prevent the criminal's return to that region of the galaxy, and Tarc considered the case resolved.
