Daedus, a minor planet situated within the Outer Rim Territories, found itself isolated inside the Occlusion Zone after the Nihil pirates established their Stormwall.
Creighton Sun, along with Porter Engle, journeyed to Daedus aboard a shuttle but were subsequently shot down by pirate forces. Sun successfully executed a crash landing and engaged the attacking marauders in combat. Some years after this event, Engle revisited the planet, seeking through the debris of the crashed vessel to locate a functional EX droid.
