Daivak, a desolate and arid world, existed as a planet located within both the Galactic Frontier and the Outer Rim Territories. Settlers populated this world during the time of the High Republic Era. Some months following the onset of the Drengir infestation that spread across the frontier, this planet was overwhelmed by these sentient carnivorous plants. Subsequently, a joint force composed of the Jedi Order and the Hutt Clan was dispatched to Daivak in order to combat the Drengir.
