Dalin was a male who held the rank of Lieutenant within the Thaereian military throughout the duration of the Clone Wars.
Colonel Rast'Tul assembled a unit known as Task Force Pest, and Dalin was given command of this unit. Its purpose was to gather Force-sensitive civilians located on Cularin, so that they could be used in the testing of anti-Jedi Force-blocking drugs. In Gadrin, Dalin attempted to arrest a Force-sensitive vagrant named Borus Ferthyn. This action was met with a protest from a local mob. In an attempt to subdue the crowd, Dalin shot Ferthyn. This display of force, however, had the opposite effect, igniting riots throughout the city.
Subsequently, Dalin faced a confrontation with the Heroes of Cularin within the prison where the Force-sensitive individuals were being detained.
