The Darklighter cache, alternatively called the Darklighter cave, was a Tatooine planet's cave. It functioned as a storage area for the Darklighter family, situated close to the Darklighter estate.

Following the Battle of Yavin (which occurred in 0 BBY), Desert Demons seized control of the cave. Draci, who guarded the cache, charged a spacer with the task of eliminating the demons and accessing all five inventory terminals within a time limit of fifteen minutes. The spacer was successful, thereby returning the cache to the Darklighters' control.
Around the same period, Jabba the Hutt's cruel EV-series supervisor droid, known as EV-9D9, gave someone a mission to terminate three droids that had fled Jabba's Palace and sought shelter inside the cave. These droids were an R3-series astromech droid named R3-B57, a B1-series battle droid named BD-34, and an RA-7 protocol droid named RA-316. As per EV-9D9's harsh directives, the spacer implanted pain bolts into the droids before their destruction.
The Darklighter cache appeared as a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts. The cache was present in the game until its shutdown on December 15, 2011. The Darklighter cache was incorporated into the game with the "Publish 25," update, also known as the "New Game Enhancements," which was released on November 15, 2005.
