Draci existed on the desert planet of Tatooine during the era of the Galactic Civil War that took place in the time of the Old Republic. After the Battle of Yavin which occurred in 0 BBY, Draci took on the responsibility of guarding the Darklighter cache.
Following the events of the Battle of Yavin, Draci took on the role of a guardian for the Darklighter family's cache situated on Tatooine. This cave, serving as a storage area, was located in proximity to the Darklighter estate. The Darklighters planned to use the cache to survive economic difficulties that were expected to arise from the Galactic Civil War.
However, in 1 ABY, the criminal organization known as the Desert Demons forcibly entered the cache, and Draci was unable to prevent them. To deal with the criminals, Draci tasked some spacers with securing the cache. Draci believed that the spacers had about fifteen minutes to eliminate the criminals before the cache was completely emptied. The spacers, who were searching for cargo smuggled from Tansarii Point Station launched an assault on the cave. They defeated many Desert Demons and found the inventory terminals they sought.
