A Model Two datacore, relatively small in size, was in the possession of Serennian Romar Adell. He utilized it to archive various elements of Serennian culture, for example music, artistic creations, and historical records. When Tech, a genetically defective clone, found himself stranded at Adell's residence, he assisted Romar with repairing this malfunctioning datacore, successfully recovering all of its stored data. Hivebase-1, a deep-storage facility operated by the Tarkin Initiative, housed an enormous datacore. This massive structure was constructed as a vertical shaft, accessible solely via a mobile repulsor-platform. On the planet Jakku, the scavenger known as Miggs McKane managed to infiltrate the datacore of a wrecked Imperial Star Destroyer. He unearthed a comprehensive Imperial order of battle within, which he subsequently sold, enabling him to retire.
