Dean, a spirited and brave young human male with Force sensitivity, hailed from a family that ran a business on Arkanis. During his boyhood, he found employment as a mechanic for Graballa, a Hutt entrepenur, on the planet of Mustafar. This was during Graballa's endeavor to construct a hotel within the walls of Fortress Vader, the one-time stronghold of Darth Vader, the Dark Lord of the Sith.
The character of Dean appeared in the 2021 LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales LEGO short film. Raphael Alejandro provided the voice for him.
