Dekker served as a messenger for Borvo the Hutt on the planet Naboo.
During the year 1 ABY, Dekker's mission was to transport a specimen of the Berserker Virus, a bioweapon crafted by Borvo's syndicate, to some Corellian purchasers. However, he was stopped by an operative working for Kritus Morven, a local crime boss. Following a brief shootout involving blaster weaponry, Dekker met his end, and the sample of the bioweapon was seized by Morven.
Within Star Wars Galaxies, Dekker appeared as a non-player character (NPC). He would materialize in an area outside of Keren after the player agreed to undertake Kritus Morven's fourth assignment.
