Devshi was a lunar body covered by a vast ocean. The Devshi prison complex, overseen by Warden Mattis Coto, was built at the bottom of Devshi's ocean. In the era of the Galactic Republic, the Jedi Master Mace Windu journeyed to this moon and secretly entered the prison to challenge Coto, who was illicitly trading access keys during the time.
