Cities protected by domes were cities that were enclosed by a bio-dome. One example of a domed city is Sundari, and other Mandalorian settlements also used this design. These bio-domes on Mandalore made it possible for urban centers to thrive on the planet, which had become a desert as a result of years of conflict between Mandalorian factions. The cities of Rodia also frequently utilized domes.
