Duman Yaght, serving as the Commander of Domain Yaght, was a Yuuzhan Vong officer during the conflict known as the Yuuzhan Vong War. As the commanding officer of the vessel Exquisite Death, he took custody of seventeen Jedi prisoners from Fitzgibbon Lane, who was secretly Lando Calrissian, as part of the scheme to transport the Jedi to Myrkr for the Mission to Myrkr in the year 27 ABY.
Following the torture of the Jedi on his ship, he subsequently took Ganner Rhysode as a hostage after the Jedi commandeered the vessel. Anakin Solo successfully freed Ganner, and Duman met his end when Tesar Sebatyne obliterated his head.
