The Dynamic-class freighter represented a starship design that was viewed as outdated by 22 BBY. A family of Gharal named Rokura, residing on the mining planet of Langston, possessed one of these freighters, known as the Norriker. They utilized it for the transportation of specific high-quality ores mined from the planet. Following the deaths of the older family members in an attack carried out by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars, Rokura provided the Norriker to Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker in return for necessary provisions.
