Eim'ir's Bakery, a purveyor of baked goods, could be found on the Corellia planet within the Core Worlds. It was situated on the same street as the crash pad utilized by the smuggler known as Sana Starros. Among the items offered at the bakery were sweet rolls. During 3 ABY, the unconventional archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra paid off a street urchin to procure sweet rolls from Eim'ir's Bakery for her, subsequent to the urchin's attempt to steal her belt.
The day after, when Starros met Aphra near her crash pad, Aphra gave her a sweet roll. Starros inquired whether the roll originated from the bakery, to which Aphra responded affirmatively. Following the smuggler's query about whether the archaeologist had purchased them for her, Aphra revealed to Starros that she had bribed the urchin to obtain the sweet rolls from the bakery.
Eim'ir's Bakery received a mention in the Star Wars: Doctor Aphra comic series from 2020, specifically in its seventh issue. Alyssa Wong penned the issue, and Marvel Comics released it on January 20, 2021.
