Ennth

Ennth, a planet, suffered catastrophic groundquakes, tidal waves, and volcanic activity every eight years. The moon of Ennth followed an orbit that, on an eight-year cycle, brought it incredibly close to the planet. This proximity caused the planets' atmospheres to merge, triggering massive natural disasters that spanned several months. To escape this devastation, the inhabitants of Ennth typically sought refuge in packed orbital refugee stations until the planet's surface stabilized. Individuals from across the galaxy frequently assisted in the evacuation of people, resources, and personal items to these stations; Peckhum is known to have used his vessel, the Lightning Rod, to aid in at least one such evacuation.

Tragically, many perished during these calamities, often because they lingered too long on the planet's surface, attempting to recover cherished belongings or retrieve a final item of significance from structures that subsequently crumbled upon them.

Following each disaster cycle, the settlements were reconstructed amidst the ruins, inheriting the names of their predecessors. A prime illustration of this is the progression: Hopetown, New Hopetown, Newer Hopetown, Newest Hopetown, Another Hopetown.

Ennth was the native world of Zekk, a Jedi Knight.
