Eva Kaayz made her debut in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively-multiplayer online roleplaying video game, with the release of Game Update 2.3: Titans of Industry on August 6, 2013, in 2011. Kaayz serves as the initial contact for the Imperial narrative on the moon CZ-198.
