By the year 9 BBY, [Cal Kestis](/article/cal_kestis], a Jedi Knight, collaborated with Saw Gerrera and his group, the Partisans, endeavoring to incite a rebellion to remove the Imperial authority from the world Norsid. This uprising was unsuccessful and was later referenced by Daho Sejan, who was the Senator representing Utapau within the Empire.
