Bounty hunter Falco Sang possessed a starship utilized by both himself and his assassin droid Izee for pursuing their marks throughout the galaxy.
The starship latched onto the rear of an asteroid as it neared Imperial Prison ISO-L8, using the asteroid as concealment before rapidly detaching and docking before Imperial sensors could get a solid lock. Sang and Izee were able to subdue one target and acquire some data concerning their primary target, the Jedi fugitive Dass Jennir.
Piloting the starship to the arid planet of Prine, where a starship similar to one used by Jennir had allegedly been destroyed, Sang docked his craft and continued his search by ground, specifically using a speeder bike housed within the ship's cargo hold.
Upon Sang's return without Izee, having been unsuccessful in his attempt to kill Jennir, he found stormtroopers taking a container off his ship. He was subsequently apprehended by Darth Vader.
As a strategy to enlist Sang's help in assassinating Jennir for the Empire, Vader orchestrated the transfer of Falco Sang's ship to the prison installation. Sang, acting on guidance from Lieutenant Gregg about how to impress Vader, then initiated a swift attack against Vader. Due to the minor damage inflicted on the ship during the brief fight, Vader tasked Gregg and Sang with repairing it. Following the receipt of intelligence (secretly provided by Palpatine) suggesting Jennir was on the Colonies planet of Kestavel, Vader used Sang's ship to arrive on the Venator-class Star Destroyer Hound, which caused some bewilderment among the crew, who had been anticipating Vader's shuttle.
