Fandar (scientist)

Fandar, a scientist of the Chadra-Fan species, spearheaded Project Decoy. He was charged with the design and fabrication of a Human replica droid intended for use by the Rebel Alliance. The prototype he created, which bore a resemblance to Leia Organa, was ultimately destroyed by Bertroff Hissa.
