Fex, a moon situated in the Deep Core, revolved around the planet known as Sha Qarot. Initially considered as a potential site for a Rebel Alliance base, it was ultimately deemed unsuitable.
Fex, a satellite of Sha Qarot, followed an orbital path around a red star. Its terrain was characterized by a peculiar purple hue, displaying a spectrum of shades from light lavenders to intense violets. The elevated levels of silica and minerals within the soil led to the formation of crystal formations. A significant number of herbivorous species inhabiting Fex exhibited crystalline protrusions, either surrounding their heads or emerging from their backs. Certain species even possessed the ability to retract their heads into a heavily shielded body enclosure. These spikes developed as a defense mechanism against Fexian skullborers, predatory organisms that consumed brain matter and ambushed their prey from the canopy.
