A central processor
Serving as the equivalent of a brain for a droid or mech, a central processor was a technological component. During the mission to Carnelion IV, Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker carried out a repair of one for Pran of the Open. Lando Calrissian regarded the central processor within L3-37 as significantly more advanced, by light-years, than any other droid he had encountered.
