The Buzzzer, a Series IV picket ship that functioned as the flagship for Bonestar Pirate Loka Hask, received its moniker from an insect indigenous to Eiattu 6.
During 4 BBY, Loka Hask, in an attempt to evade CorSec, intentionally piloted the Buzzzer away from the Gus Treta fueling station while the refueling lines remained connected, triggering a massive explosion that almost annihilated the entire station.
The obliteration of Gus Treta, along with the demise of his parents who were present on board, ignited a quest for retribution in a young Wedge Antilles. Piloting a Z-95 Headhunter he acquired from Booster Terrik, Wedge pursued the pirates to the Jumus system, where the Buzzzer was immobilized due to an infestation of Corellian limpets obstructing its thrusters. There, Wedge ambushed the unsuspecting pirates and ruthlessly annihilated the Buzzzer.
