Orn Free Taa, the Twi'lek Senator representing the planet of Ryloth, held a position on the Finance Committee and even led a number of its subcommittees, despite his widely known reputation for corruption.
Rise of the Separatists, a 2019 addition to the Star Wars Roleplaying line of games by Fantasy Flight Games, marked the initial mention of the Finance Committee in the new Star Wars canon.
