Major Fisk Csino served within the Alliance to Restore the Republic throughout the duration of the Galactic Civil War. He was a Wilderness Fighter within the Alliance Special Forces and, prior to 0 ABY, had fought in a dozen campaigns located in the Outer Rim Territories. Following the Nishr Suppression, which was a violent crackdown by Imperial forces against rebellious Nish inhabitants of the planet Nishr, situated in the Outer Rim, Csino was given command of the Nishr Taskforce and subsequently led them in their campaign against the local Imperial garrison.
