Furillo was a Resistance pilot who participated in their war against the First Order. This pilot engaged the First Order during the attack that took place at Starkiller Base. Sadly, Furillo met their death when fire from Starkiller Base's surface defenses struck the X-wing starfighter they were piloting. Following Han Solo's demise at Starkiller Base, a funeral was arranged at the Resistance's D'Qar base, where General Leia Organa recited the names of the pilots lost during the Starkiller Base operation, including Furillo.
Furillo is a character that is featured in Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, a Star Wars film released in 2015. Subtitles incorrectly spell the character's name, showing it as "Burillo."
