As a Moff and a participant in the Moff Council within the Imperial Remnant, Garreter was a male. In the year 44 ABY, concurrent with the Lost Tribe of Sith emergence, he chose to support Jagged Fel, the Head of State, as opposed to Admiral Natasi Daala. After Garreter dispatched his naval forces to aid Fel in the battle over Exodo II, Moff Woolbam attempted to annex Rimcee Station. Consequently, Garreter had no choice but to divert his military assets to defend his own regions.
