A giant bark mite inside the cave
On the Nabooian moon called Rori, there existed a natural formation known as the Giant Bark Mite Cave. This cave served as a habitat for giant bark mites. These creatures found the cave's humid and warm environment ideal for raising their young. When guarding their territory, these bark mites could pose a significant threat. Following the Battle of Yavin, the scientist Risha Sinan made the discovery of this cave and its inhabitants. During 1 ABY, a space traveler ventured into the cave, engaged in combat with some giant bark mites, and acquired a CY-M sword.
The Giant Bark Mite Cave appeared as a location within Star Wars Galaxies, the 2003 video game which stands as a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game. Sony Online Entertainment developed the game, while LucasArts handled publishing duties prior to its shutdown on December 15, 2011. The "Publish 1" update, which went live on August 3, 2003, introduced the Giant Bark Mite Cave into the game.
