Gleezwuq, a Rodian of the male persuasion, operated as a criminal and was part of Blix Lanister's crew during the Galactic Civil War era, a time of great strife.

In the year 1.5 ABY, Windy Starkiller was a resident of the town of Anchorhead located on the planet Tatooine. While living there, he commissioned a spacer to locate the wanted murderer, Blix Lanister, who had absconded from the town.
The spacer accepted this assignment and successfully located Blix soon after. Blix was then delivered to Windy, who expressed his gratitude by compensating the spacer with 30 credits. He even suggested that the spacer should think about a career as a security officer. However, the matter concerning Blix did not conclude at this point. Windy also desired the spacer to find Gleezwuq, a Rodian and a member of Blix's gang. Gleezwuq was the only gang member whose whereabouts were unknown to Windy. He believed Gleezwuq possessed evidence that would prove Blix's involvement in the murder of Alita Sweetwater.
The spacer was successful in locating the Rodian gang member and subsequently eliminated him. Gleezwuq was carrying the very same blaster that Blix had used to murder Alita. The spacer returned the blaster to Windy, who was greatly impressed and now felt confident that Blix could be held accountable for his crime.

Gleezwuq featured as a Non-Player Character (NPC) within the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. Players undertaking a series of quests for Windy Starkiller were required to escort Blix Lanister to Anchorhead, eliminate Gleezwuq outside the town, and then eliminate Lanister after he escaped from Anchorhead. The purpose of these quests was to establish Blix Lanister's guilt in the murder of Alita Sweetwater.
Since Gleezwuq's appearance was generated using the generic "thug" template, his look was randomly selected from a pool of thirty-five possibilities. The species that Gleezwuq could be included Aqualish, Bothans, Bith, Humans, Rodians, Trandoshans, Twi'leks, and Zabrak, and could be of either gender. Given that the quest dialogue specifically identified Gleezwuq as a male Rodian, this article operates under the assumption that one of the three randomly generated male Rodian appearances is considered canon within the Star Wars Legends continuity. For reasons that remain unclear, Windy was removed from Star Wars Galaxies less than a year after the game's launch, specifically during Publish 6 on February 11, 2004.
