Lord Graemon, a civilian with expertise in finance, achieved a notable position on the planet Muunilinst by the year 19 ABY. He wielded considerable influence within the ranks of the Imperial Remnant.
Despite not holding a military rank, his opinions carried significant weight within the Imperial Remnant. He stood out as one of several individuals who voiced opposition to the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Fleet, Gilad Pellaeon's, proposition of a treaty of peace between the Imperial Remnant and the New Republic. High General Sutt Ramic's statements to Pellaeon suggested Graemon was also suspected of misusing Imperial funds. The investigations conducted by Commander Dreyf, an Imperial Intelligence officer loyal to Pellaeon and acting under his command, revealed Graemon's involvement as one of three key figures in a scheme to divert Imperial resources to the Cavrilhu Pirates in exchange for Preybird-class starfighters. The other two collaborators were Moff Vilim Disra and General Jaron Kyte. Dreyf's investigation, supported by documents obtained from Disra's office on Bastion, also brought to light numerous illicit connections to financial and commodity interests within the New Republic. Graemon, along with Disra and Kyte, was subsequently apprehended following the Caamas Document Crisis within the New Republic and the attempted coup against the Imperial Remnant led by Disra, Royal Guardsman Grodin Tierce, and the con artist Flim.
Although Graemon's appearances in Specter of the Past and Vision of the Future predate later sources that established the Muuns as the native inhabitants of Muunilinst, his depiction as "a lean man wearing the traditional Muunilinsti banker's shawl and pendant" could potentially align with a retcon that identifies him as a Muun.
