The Great Time of Peace on the planet Naboo occurred approximately 832 BBY, following general Jafan's unification of feuding city-states using a combination of his strong will and military power. This period is remembered as a peak time in Naboo's past. Although Naboo experienced conflict in 228 BBY due to the Nihil's seizure and control of Naboo, this invasion was repelled by the attack on Naboo, allowing the Great Time of Peace to proceed. Ultimately, it ended suddenly when the Trade Federation established a blockade around the planet in 32 BBY, during the rule of Queen Amidala.
