Ewok's ground-apple stock was a foodstuff item prepared from ground-apples and consumed by the Ewok species inhabiting the forest moon of Endor. The Ewoks of Bright Tree Village captured a kublag during a harsh winter season on Endor and created a stew out of it, utilizing raventhorn root and ground-apple stock to enrich the liquid. This stock was the final portion of the mother's reserves belonging to Wicket Wystri Warrick, an Ewok who, along with his companion Teebo, assisted in the stew's creation. Even with the added thickness, the stew proved insufficient to satiate the bellies of all members of the Bright Tree tribe.
The short story "The Kroolok," penned by Cavan Scott and George Mann and included in the Life Day Treasury anthology released in 2021, featured ground-apple stock.
